The fourth annual Féile Patrick Byrne opens with the official launch in the Shirley Arms Hotel, Carrickmacross at 8pm. This will be followed at 8.30 by a lecture on ‘Patrick Byrne, the Farney Harper - his life and times’ from Mícheál Mc Dermott N.T., M.A. (local history). The evening will conclude with a music session. Admission is free and all welcome.
