Some of the important figures in our branch include: * our Vice Chairman Frank Whelan and Trasurer Pat Liddy who are Chairman and Trasurer respectively of the Cois na hAbhna management committee. Frank is also secretary of the Regional Meithal Committee, he also spearheads various projects under the Archive committee. * All members hold positions on the Fleadh Nua Committee * The late Brian Prior who worked as a comhaltas Projects Officer at the Cultúrlann in Dublin was a tireless worker for the branch, his weekly session which he started a number of years ago is still going strong. We meet in Cois na hAbhna every Saturday night at 8.30 and everybody is welcome.

Fleadh Cheoil 2013

We are currently bidding to host the 2013 All Ireland Fleadh Cheoil in Ennis.
