I was privilaged to be taught by Paddy between the years 2001-2003.  He really is the personification of infinate beauty gentleness and warmth.  His brilliance as a musician and incredible in depth knowledge of all thing Irish and musical was immence, and yet his modesty kindness patience and thoughtfulness was just as apparent and infinate.  His leaving will be a loss to the leitrim V.E.C. but I wish him a long, happy peaceful, and fulfilling retirement.  He truly deserves all the good things life has to give. I am so happy and lucky to have known him.
