Diana, the Colemn Irish Music Centre in Gurteen (see http://www.colemanirishmusic.com/) is close to Mayo and they always have lots of trad activities there.  Vince Hearns who is based at the Centre may be able to give you more information.  You can contact him on +353 71 82599.
