ComhaltasLive #205 - 2: Damien Mullane
Damien Mullane from West London Comhaltas, the 2005 All-Ireland Senior Button Accordion Champion, plays a hornpipe and a reel. Michael Coleman recorded the hornipe, called “The Bridge of Athlone”, which is this weeks’ Tutorial. He also plays a nice setting of the reel called “The Gooseberry Bush”.

Great playing, lovely Hornpipe. The change into the reel was great too, lovely ornamentation. I managed to hear you play at the ‘All-Britain’ Fleadh in Preston, it was great, loved the reel aswell.
Lovely job !
