Seamus, Coming from such a great box player such as yourself, I feel humbled. You just sparked memories of 40+ years ago in Quilty with Joe Conneen, Jimmy Ward,MartinTalty,J.C.Talty, Junior, Willie ...I could go on but I might cry.
Still living in the tradition,
James Keane,New York.

I first heard James Keane with Jessy Ownes playing near my native village of Quilty, Co. Clare in the early sixties and I was just blown away by the energy, great traditional touch and repertoire the man possessed. He remains one of my favourate accordion players to this day. A great gentleman also and one of the all time greats.
