|05:41||Mike Rafferty on concert flute from New Jersey, USA, his daughter Mary on button accordion and her husband Donal Clancy on guitar, play two reels associated with Mike’s native Balinakill, Co. Galway, from where he emigrated about 60 years ago. Mike calls the tune “The Hills of Lurriga” and “The Private Ass and Cart”. Recorded in New Jersey in 2004.|
|08:26||Two reels, commencing with “The Rainy Day” played on tin whistle by Colleen Shanks from Detroit, Michigan, USA, recorded in New Jersey in 2004. The tin whistle was made by John Sindt who can be seen near the start of the selection.|
|11:09||All-Ireland Under-15 Champion on mandolin and banjo for 2005, James Harvey from Camross CCE, Co. Laois plays a selection of jigs - “The Black Lough” (by Paddy O’Brien) and “Malowney’s Wife”.|
|15:09||Seán McCarthy from Mitchelstown, Co. Cork, All-Ireland Under-18 Champion on uileann pipes for 2005, plays a selection of reels - “Strawberry Blossom” and “Peter St.”. Recorded at Fleadh Nua, Ennis, Co. Clare in May 2005.|
|18:11||Dublin harpist Niamh Denmead plays the “Galway Bay” hornpipe followed by “Paddy Fahy’s Reel”. Niamh won the All-Ireland title in 2005. Recorded in May 2006.|
