00:00 Recorded at the Comhaltas North America Convention in Parsippany, New Jersey in March 2008 piano accordion player Jimmy Keane from Chicago plays three tunes which he composed. They are: “Horse Keane’s Hornpipe” (called after his late father Jimmy from Connemara), “The Rathcairn Reel” and “The Charleston Reel”.
04:15 From Ashville, North Carolina, USA, Alex Reidinger plays a concertina solo - a slow air called “The Bright Lady” followed by a reel which she learned from harpist Gráinne Hambly. Alex is also an excellent fiddle player.
07:27 Playing in the Munster Fleadh Cheoil in Lismore, Co. Waterford on the 16th of July, 2006 the Awbeg Céilí Band, CCÉ Murroe/Cappamore play a selection of reels commencing with “Dublin Reel”.

13:53 Recorded at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2003 in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary four young fiddle players from the USA playing the four-part jig “The Humours of Ballyloughlin”. The musicians are (left-to-right): Andrew McGill, North Carolina and Deirdre Brennan, Erin Loughran and Maeve Flannagan from Pearl River, New York. They learned their music from Brian Conway and Rose Flannagan.
16:18 The Turloughmore Céilí Band from Co. Clare play a selection of reels ending with “Swinging on the Gate” at the Munster Fleadh Cheoil at Lismore, Co. Waterford in July 2006.
18:51 Scoil Éigse Tutors at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2010 in Cavan play a selection of reels: “Martin Wynn’s No. 3” and “The Belles of Tipperary”. The musicians are (left-to-right): Adrian and Attracta Brady, Claire Quinn, Sharon Connell and Mairéad Corridan.
