In a street session at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2002, fiddle player John Daly plays a selection of jigs which he himself composed A native of Co. Cork, John spent many years in Chicago, USA and returned to Ireland a few years ago. Guitar accompaniment is by Eddie Whelan from Co. Offaly.

I realize that in the haste of the moment we all make spelling mistakes but this is just too precious to let go.

Yeah I bet he spet a good many other things as well when there.

what a fantastic fiddle player.....and surprisingly the fiddle is mostly supported by his left thumb........
