I’m very surprised by the chords you selected for this reel… To me, it is clearly Bflat-Eflat (1st bar) - Bflat (2nd bar), etc.

The chords are the same as those published in The Collected Compositions of Reavy. The book vouches for the accuracy of the bowin indications which were suggested by Reavy himself.  It does not say who provided the harmonies (if not Reavy himself).  But as always, there is scope for different approaches.
