Woah there Emmanuel!
A popular barndance style ‘polka’ played in sessions in Ireland. Therefore it is ITM.
The have been times where there have been attempts to limit was ‘allowed’ as ITM - thankfully now passed.
Recent recordings by the likes of Harry Bradley, and Garry Hastings include some great barndances, and marches.

This Polka is played very well indeed on the Foinn Seisiún CD—there’s a great swing to it. Altogether my favourite tune and am practising it every day!
Who was McKeown? Tell us a bit about the history of the tune and the person who composed it.

Please stick to Traditionnal Irish Music. This is simply ugly, sorry.
