Recruiting and Retaining Volunteers
Comhaltas has a dedicated network of volunteers who support and enable the development of Irish culture, especially music, within their local communities throughout Ireland and across the globe. Our local branches are always looking for volunteers to help out with our activities, whether it be Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann or a local branch class.
To ensure the sustainability and development of its branches, Comhaltas must continue to attract, support and develop its volunteers. Comhaltas have created a number of resources to assist branches in their development.
