C.C.É. regrets to announce the death of Kit Hodge, leader of the Liverpool Céilí Band, long serving Rúnaí Oifige, Cultúrlann na hÉireann, and recipient of Gradam an Chomhaltais.
Reposing at Carnegie’s Funeral Home, The Crescent, Monkstown, Co. Dublin this Monday evening between 5pm and 7pm. Funeral Mass in St. Patrick’s Church Monkstown at 10am on Tuesday morning (6th January) followed by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross.
Kit Hodge, Cultúrlann na hÉireann, Monkstown, Co Dublin, formerly of Liverpool and Co. Wexford. Peacefully, in the loving care of Greystones Nursing Home, wife of the late Eamonn Hodge. Sadly missed by her children Brian, Conor, Kieran and Deirdre (Tecklenborg) son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, relatives and friends.
