Fógra Báis agus Comhbhróin: the late Dáithí Ó hÓgáin

Emeritus Professor, UCD. Formerly of Bruff, Co. Limerick. Aged 62 years, peacefully in the presence of his family. After an illness borne with great courage and good humour in the tender care of the staff of Cedar Ward, S.V.P.H.

Beloved husband of Caitríona and loving father of Aisling, Orla, Niamh, Ruán and Sadhbh, proud grandfather of Lilí and Cillian. Also leaving with wonderful memories, brothers and sisters, Éamonn, Hazel, Ann, Jim, Therese and Joe, sons-in-law David and Aidan, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Funeral arrangements are as follows:
Funeral mass on Wednesday, at 10am in the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer, Main Street, Bray, followed by interment at Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired to St Vincent de Paul (donation box at church). House strictly private, please.
