The reels are: “Larkins’ Beehives” (composed by Paddy O’Brian), “The Colliers”, “The Green Groves of Erin” and “The Boys of Ballysodare”. They were recorded at Scoil Éigse in Tullamore, Co. Kildare, 2008 All-Ireland senior duet champions Gearóid and Seán Keane on concertina and fiddle play a selection of jigs ending with “Dingle David”. 10:40 | Uilleann piper Fionnán Mac Gabhann from Ballinteer, Dublin plays two jigs: “The Lark in the Morning” and “The Lark’s March”. He is joined on guitar by Conor Hanrahan. 14:44 | 2008 All-Ireland under 18 fiddle champion Dylan Foley and accordionist Blaithín Loughran are joined by Céitlin Finlay on banjo for a set of reels, including “Dr. Gilbert’s” and “The Ash Plant”. 17:12 | The full group of almost 80 master tutors at Scoil Éigse 2008 are joined by Sean Nós dancer Brian Cunningham for a set of reels: “The Jolly Tinker” and “The Pretty Girls of Mayo”.
