Limerick plays a selection of tunes popularised by Joe Burke – an air: “The Brig of Edinburgh” and “The Salamanca Reel”. Recorded in January 2005. 14:21 | Banjo player Matthew Reidy from Glin, Co. Limerick, recorded in January 2005 plays two reels: “The Shoemaker’s Daughter” (composed by Ed Reavy) and a tune which he learned from the playing of the fiddler Brendan McGlinchey. 16:48 | Concertina player Áine Fitzgerald from Celbridge, Co. Kildare plays two reels – “The Honeymoon Reel” and “The Highest Hill in Sligo” (Composed by Ed Reavy).
