Master of the banjo, Gerry O’Connor, recorded at Comhaltas headquarters in Dublin on the 5th of February, 2003, plays two reels – “The Hare’s Paw” and “The Cukoo’s”. The second tune was composed by renowned fiddle player/composer Seán Ryan, who, like Gerry, hailed from Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.
