The second tune was composed by renowned fiddle player/composer Seán Ryan, who, like Gerry, hailed from Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. 01:56 | Recorded in February 2003 in Ennis, Co. Clare, Tara Breen, who was All-Ireland Under-12 Fiddle Champion at the time played this selection of reels, which she learned from her teacher Maura O’Keeffe. 04:44 | The group “Crinniú”, recorded at the annual Cooley/Collins Festival in Gort, Co. Galway on the 27th of October, 2007 play a selection of jigs: “The Geese in the Bog”, “The Spotted Dog” (composed by John McEvoy) and “The Doverman’s Wallet”. Members of the group are: Jack Talty (piano), Ann Marie Grogan (flute), Caitlin Nic Gabhann (concertina), Siobhán O’Donnell (bodhrán and vocals), Áine Bird (fiddle), Damien O’Rielly (accordion). 08:28 | Galway accordion player Oliver Divinney plays a selection of reels: “Lucy Campbell’s” and “The Primrose Lass” at the Cooley/Collins Festival in Gort, Co.
