Three times All-Ireland tin whistle champion (under-12 in 2005 and 2006, under 15 in 2009) Kieran Flavin from Knockanure, Listowel, Co. Kerry plays two jigs, ending with “The Cat’s Meow” (by Joannie Madden). Kieran learned his music in Ballygilltinan Primary School in West Limerick under the Schools Music Outreach Scheme developed by Willie Larkin and launched on a national basis recently and available to all primary schools countrywide.
