We host a slow, or “moderate” tempo session in the Cultúrlann every Tuesday evening. Musicians of all abilities are welcome, but it would be helpful to be able to play some standard jigs and reels at a moderate tempo. At the session we’ll be playing sets out of the Foinn Seisiún Book, and building up the session with one new set each week. We have also drawn up a list of standard tune sets used each night. Foinn Seisiún books and CDs can be obtained during the session.
