This award celebrates a significant contribution to the development of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann and is presented during the Annual Tionól Leo Rowsome at Culturlann na hÉireann. it is awarded by the Ardchomhairle and is the highest award from Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann.
