More Tunes from Book 3

I figured I’d post some more working tracks from the Foinn Seisiún 3 CD, meant to accompany our [tunebook](http://comhaltas.ie/book3 “Foinn Seisiún Book 3”). This is Volume 3 in the “Foinn Seisiún” series of session sets (available to [buy online](http://comhaltas.ie/book3 “Foinn Seisiún Book 3”)). So here you go! Last weekend we got some musicians together at the Comhaltas Regional Centre in Ennis, Co. Clare, [Cois na hAbhna](http://comhaltas.ie/locations/detail/cois_na_habhna/ “Cois na hAbhna Regional Centre”). The musicians were fantastic – talented young players from Ennis, Co. Clare, rounded out with some of our fellow Dubs, all folks drawn from our regular music sessions. The idea is to release the CD (which will probably be another double-CD set) at Fleadh Nua in Ennis this May. Not all of these tracks will necessarily make it onto the CD, since we’ll be going back over some of them. And I’ll be doing more careful mixing, obviously. But for now, here are some tunes to listen to: * [Holly Bush/Fermoy Lasses/Sporting Paddy](http://comhaltas.ie/music/detail/holly_bush_fermoy_lasses_sporting_paddy/) * [Lurgadán Jig/Mist-Covered Mountain/Eddie Moloney’s Jig](http://comhaltas.ie/music/detail/lurgadan_jig_mist_covered_mountain_eddie_moloneys_jig/) * [Crowley’s No. 1/Crowley’s No. 2/Blackberry Blossom](http://comhaltas.ie/music/detail/crowleys_no_1_crowleys_no_2_blackberry_blossom/) * [McKeown’s Polka](http://comhaltas.ie/music/detail/mckeowns_polka/) * [Stone of Destiny/Road to Garrison](http://comhaltas.ie/music/detail/stone_of_destiny_road_to_garrison/) * [Tulla Polka/Siege of Ennis/Knockabower Polka](http://comhaltas.ie/music/detail/tulla_polka_siege_of_ennis_knockabower_polka/) * [Christmas Eve/Killavil Reel/Boys of Ballysodare](http://comhaltas.ie/music/detail/christmas_eve_killavil_reel_boys_of_ballysodare/) * [Fairy Queen/Good-Natured Man/Belfast Hornpipe](http://comhaltas.ie/music/detail/fairy_queen_good_natured_man_belfast_hornpipe/) * [Shandon Bells/Father Kelly’s/I Buried my Wife and Danced on her Grave](http://comhaltas.ie/music/detail/shandon_bells_father_kellys_i_buried_my_wife_and_danced_on_her_grave/) * [George White’s Favourite/Boys of Malin/Gravel Walk](http://comhaltas.ie/music/detail/george_whites_favourite_boys_of_malin_gravel_walk/) Of course, the [first bunch of tracks](http://comhaltas.ie/blog/post/some_tunes_from_foinn_seisiun_book_3/ “Book 3 Tracks”) are still online, if you’d like to have a listen.
