The Munster Fleadh Cheoil 2007 takes place in Newcastlewest, Co. Limerick 20th to 22nd of July. One of the special features of the Fleadh is a concert featuring many of West Limerick’s ouststanding musicians and singers over the decades. The concert wll be held on Wednesday 18th July at Courtenay Lodge Hotel, Newcastlewest and will be recorded by ComhaltasLive. Fleadh information at http://www.munsterfleadh.com
Concert flute player Donie O’Sullivan from Carrickerry and button accordionist Donie Nolan from Kilcoleman are two of the many artists taking part. This is a selection of jigs played by them in January 2005.
