This week we present more music from Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2007 in Tullamore.

The musicians are sisters Gretta (on concertina) and Catherine (on concert flute) Curtin and Ann Marie Fitzgerald from Brozna, Co. Kerry. The first selection has accompaniment in Irish traditional music.

11:50 Continuing with the Senior Fiddle Competition at Fleadh Cheoil ha hÉireann 2007, this slow air was played by Johnny Canning from CCÉ Irish Minstrels Branch, Glasgow, Scotland. Johnny continues with a jig composed by Paddy O’Brien: a three-part piece called “The fly in the Porter”.
