ComhaltasLive #256 - 1: Two reels from the 2004 Fleadh Cheoil
Dublin button accordionist Donal Colm Regan plays two reels: “Paddy Mill’s” and “The Maids of Castlebar”, joined on harp by Eileen Gannon from St. Louis, USA.
Incidentally, Eileen features on a recently-released CD called “P.J. Gannon, Harmonica and Harp”. The recording features slow airs and Irish recitations by her father P.J., who won the All-Ireland on mouth-organ in 1981 and 1982.
This recording was made at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary in August 2004.
