00:00 Two reels - “Paddy Lynn’s Delight” and “Palmer’s Gate” (composed by Joe Liddy) played on concertina by Mairéad Corridan from Templeglantine Comhaltas in West Limerick in December 2004.
02:49 Clare concert flute player Garry Shannon plays a slip-jig - “Tí Raffertaigh”, which was composed by Sligo harpist Mícheál Rooney. Garry is the organiser of the Meitheal Residential Summer School held every July in Limerick.
03:49 From Tara, Co. Meath fiddle player Áine Bird plays a selection of reels commencing with “John Brennan’s”. Áine learned a lot of her music from fiddle player Anton MacGabhann.
06:40 All-Ireland Senior Button Accordion Champion 2009 Pádraig King from Monagea, West Limerick plays a selction of reels, some of which were popularised by Joe Burke, guitar accompaniment is by Seán Leahy from Dún Chaoin, Co. Kerry and the recording was made on the 30th of December, 2004.
10:22 Well-known accordion player with the group Four Men and a Dog, Donal Murphy from Abbeyfeale, West Limerick is joined by flute player Eamonn Riordan, Monagea, Co. Limerick and Brian Mooney on bazouki from Brosna, Co. Kerry for a selection of slides.
13:51 All-Ireland Senior Fiddle Champion 2003 Aisling Costelloe from Roscrea, Co. Tipperary plays a reel during her winning performance. Aisling is well known over the lat few years as a news correspondant on TV3.
15:22 Recorded at a street session in Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2003 in Clonmel, Louise (flute) and Michelle (harp) Mulcahy from Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick play a selection of reels - “Marian Egan’s” and “The View Across the Valley” (composed by John Brady).
17:51 Hornpipe played in a street session by Oliver Divinney from Oranmore, Co. Galway after winning the All-Ireland Senior Accordion Title in Clonmel in 2003. Guitar accompaniment is by Gerry McMahon from Co. Tyrone.
19:23 John Dahms from Ottawa, Canada plays “The Reel of Mulinavat” in the Senior Fiddle Competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2005.
