Tyrone, the Blackwater Céilí Band play Jigs - ’The Scotsman over the border’ and ’The boys of the town’ in Senior Céilí Band competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2016 in Ennis, Co. Clare. Band members are - Rosie Ferguson, Ursula McAdam, Caoimhe Kearins and Lydia Warnock on fiddles; James McCaffrey and Michael Coney (flutes), Ryan Hackett (piano accordion); Michael Curran (button accordion); Mark McCrystal (piano) and George McAdam on drums.
513.3 Well-known Dublin fiddle player Seán Montgomery plays a selection of Jigs commencing with “Finbar O’ Dwyers”. Recorded at Comhaltas headquarters, Cultúrlann na hÉireann, Monkstown, Dublin on 20th March 2017.
513.4 All-Ireland 15-18 Fiddle champion for 2016 Patrick Finley, CCÉ, Irish Traditions, Atlanta, Georgia, USA, plays a Jig in the competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2016 in Ennis, Co. Clare.
513.5 All-Ireland 15-18 champion on piano for 2016 Barry Conaty from NYAH CCÉ, Cavan, plays a selection of Reels - “Sparks in the attic” (which Barry composed) and “The rookery” (V. Broderick). Recorded at Comhaltas headquarters, Cultúrlann na hÉireann, Monkstown, Dublin on 20th March 2017. Incidentally, Barry was runner-up on concert flute in 2015 and 2016.

513.10 From Churchtown, Dublin, concert flute player Martin Gaffney is joined by his daughters Eleanor on concertina and Fiona on fiddle, and his son Maitiú on concert flute, for a selection of Barn-dances - “Dances of Kinvara” and “Lovely Lough Sheelin”. Both tunes were composed by Ed. Reavy who hailed from Martin’s native Co. Cavan. Recorded at Comhaltas headquarters, Cultúrlann na hÉireann, Monkstown, Dublin on 20th March 2017.

513.15 The Brosna Céilí Band from Co. Kerry play Jigs - “The road to Lisdoonvarna” and “Willie Coleman’s”, in the senior Céilí Bands competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2016 in Ennis, Co. Clare. Members of the band are Ann Marie Fitzgerald, Jean Scannell and Christine Mulcahy on fiddles; Claire Heffernan and John McNulty on flutes; Kenneth Browne on button accordion; Greta Curtin on concertina; Darragh Horan on banjo; Dan Sheahan on piano and Pat Mulcahy on drums.
