Neansaí Ní Choisdealbha, the very popular presenter of Irish Traditional music programming on Radio na Gaeltachta, plays 2 Hornpipes - “The swan” (Seán Ryan) and “Sweeps hornpipe” also known as “The Belfast hornpipe”. Recorded at the “Jig of Life” Concert (organised each year by Martin Donohue) in Town Hall, Cavan on 27th August 2016. Piano accompaniment is by Philip Clarke, Cavan. Incidentally, the next Concert will be held on Friday 11th August 2017 in Farnham Arms Hotel in Cavan.
