537.1 Members of the 3-in-a-row All-Ireland winning Shandrum Céilí Band from Co. Cork, Mairéad Fitzgibbon and Alan Finn, with bouzouki accompaniment by Fionn O’ Hanlon, play a selection of Reels - “Down the broom”, “Master Crowley’s” and “Stony steps”. Recorded in their native Freemount on 11th March 2018.

537.2 The Four Corners Céilí Band from Dundalk, Co. Louth, play a selection of Jigs in Senior Céilí Bands competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2017 in Ennis, Co. Clare. The tunes are “Old John’s” and “The Connacht man’s rambles”. Members of the band are - Ciara Ní Bhriain, Conor Leavy and Michelle Foy on fiddles; Oisín Morrison, Iarla Mac Gabhann and Eibhlín Ní Shúilleabháin on flutes; Séamus Tiernan on accordion; Sárán Mulligan on concertina; Seán Ó Casaide on piano and Fintan Hackett on drums.

537.3 Winning the Senior Fiddle competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2017 in Ennis, Co. Clare, Roisín Ann Hughes from Irish Minstrels CCÉ, Glasgow, Scotland, plays a Hornpipe.

537.4 Muireann Hickey from Mountcollins and Lisa Shine from Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick, who came 2nd in Senior Duets competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2017, play two reels - “Mossy banks” and “McFadden’s handsome daughter”. Recorded in their native Teampall an Ghleanntáin Comhaltas centre in Limerick on 21st January 2018.

537.5 Dublin musicians Maitiú Gaffney, CCÉ, Cr. Naithí, on concert flute and Lucy Ní Fhaoláin, CCÉ, Phiarais Uí Ghreagáin, on harp, play a Reel - “The humours of Lissadell”. Recorded at Cultúrlann na hÉireann, Monkstown, Dublin, on 22nd January 2018.

537.6 Fiddle player Tadhg Mulligan from Dundalk, Co. Louth and John McCann from Coa, Co. Fermanagh, on bouzouki, play a Hornpipe - “The harp and shamrock” followed by two Reels - “Morning star” and “Devanney’s goat”. Recorded prior to the Comhaltas Tour of Ireland Concert in Brú Ború, Cashel, Co. Tipperary on 20th October 2017.

537.7 Niamh Ryan from outside Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, and presently based in Ipswich, England, plays a Hornpipe - “Across the fence” (B. McGlinchey) in Senior Button Accordion competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2017 in Ennis, Co. Clare.

537.8 At Scoil Éigse Tutors Concert at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2017 in Ennis, Co. Clare.. Brian Stafford on pipes and Josie (fiddle) and Mary Nugent (piano) play an Air - “Bean an fhir rua”.

537.9 At the Comhaltas Tour of Ireland Concert in Brú Ború, Cashel, Co. Tipperary on 20th October 2017, Chloe Feeney on concertina plays two Reels, with bouzouki accompaniment by Tadhg Mulligan.

537.10 From Minneapolis, USA, the Centre for Irish Music Céilí Band play Reels in 15-18 Céilí Bands competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2017 in Ennis, Co. Clare.

537.11 Kathryn, Marianna and Séamus Tiernan, CCÉ, Caisleán a’ Bharraigh, Co. Mayo, play a Reel - “The Culfadda”, in Senior Trios competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2017 in Ennis, Co. Clare.

537.12 In Senior Duets competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2017 in Ennis, Co. Clare, Ciarán Owens and John McCann, CCÉ, Derrylin/Lisnaskea, Co. Fermanagh, play a Reel - “O’ Dwyers”.

537.13 Winning the All-Ireland Céilí Band 15-18 Competition for the 3rd year in a row at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2017, Crossfields Céilí Band from CCÉ, Craobh Chronáin, Co. Cork, play a March. The band is coached by Alan Finn, leader of the Shandrum Céilí Band who also won their 3rd title in a row (Senior) in 2017.

537.14 All-Ireland senior Banjo champion for 2017 Brian Scannell plays a Barndance - “Barney Conlon’s” followed by a Reel - “Micko Russell’s”. Recorded in Brian’s native Comhaltas branch Teampall an Ghleanntáin in West Limerick on 21st January 2018.

537.15 In Senior Céilí Bands competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2017, Ceoltóirí Crosskeys Céilí Band from CCÉ, Loughbeg, Co. Antrim, play a selection of Jigs - “Connie O’ Connell’s” and “The frost is all over”. Band members are - Maria Mitchell, Kate McSherry and Martin Agnew on fiddles; Seána Agnew and Leona Neeson on flutes; Lauren Hegarty and Eimhear Mulholland on accordions; Maireád Mitchell on concertina; Maeve Close on piano and John Agnew on drums.
