What wonderful banjo music from 9 years old Aoife Dunleavy and her teacher Joe Connaire, who happens to be one of the main organisers of Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2022 in Mullingar. With inspiration like this we’re certainly in for a great Fleadh ! They play two Reels commencing with “Morning thrush”. Accompaniment is by Jackie O’ Meara on guitar. Recorded in the Bloomfield Hotel, Mullingar on 12th March 2022.
