645.01 In the Senior Céilí Bands Competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2022, Pipers Cross Céilí Band from Mayo play Reels - “The Bag of Spuds” and “The Dublin Reel”. They are members of CCÉ, Cr. an Choisdellibhe/Róisín Bn. Uí Cheallaigh in Mayo. Band members are Fiddles - Eoghan Hughes, Caoimhe Kilkenny and Kate Henneghan; Flutes - Cian Kilkenny and Michael Lavelle; Accordion - Davóg Frayne; Concertina - Edel Walshe; Banjo - Stephen McDonnell; Piano - Eoin Walshe; Drums - Cian McNamara.

645.02 Ben and Ella Connolly from London in 15-18 Duets at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2022 play a Barndance - “If there were n’t any women in the World”. They are members of CCÉ, North London, London and Southern, UK.

645.03 At a Session in Ballymote, Sligo, in September 2022, four Whistle Players with Guitar accompaniment, R/L Kerrie Heretty, John Dwyer, Michael Hurley, John Henry (guitar) and Charles Dwyer, play 2 Reels - “The Dublin Reel” and “Tim Moloney’s”.

645.04 Taking 3rd place in Senior Céilí Bands Competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2022 in Mullingar, Glór na dTonn Céilí Band from CCÉ, Scoil Acla, Mayo, play the Barndance “The Belle of the Ball”, recorded many years ago by the great Sligo musician James Morrison.
Band Members are Fiddles - Marianna Tiernan, Niamh O’ Donnell and Jason McGuinness; Flutes - Kathryn Tiernan and Tom Gavin; Banjo - Thomas Ahern; Button Accordion - Séamus Tiernan; Concertina - Chloe Feeney; Piano - Barry Conaty; Drums - Conal McCormack.

645.05 The Ladies Set Dancers from CCÉ, Ballynacargy, Co. Westmeath, taking 3rd place in the Ladies 15-18 Full Set Competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2022 in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.

645.06 From St. Paul, Minnesota, US, Owen Larson and Morien McBurnie play the Hornpipe “The Wily Old Bachelor” in !5-18 Duets Competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2022 in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.

645.07 Recorded in the National Opera House in Wexford on 12th November 2022, Shelly O’ Grady on Harp from Ballymitty, Co. Wexford, and Cormac O’ Hanlon on Concertina from Mallow, Co. Cork, play a selection of Polkas - “No Fear no Grace” composed by Tom Callister, “Boróimhe Suite Polka” composed by Michael Rooney and “King of the Foreigners” composed by Tom Callister. Collectively Shelly and Cormac are known as “Sultas Music”.

645.08 Taking 3rd place in 15-18 Duets Competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2022 in Mullingar, Niall Ó Cathasaigh and Art Ó Mearáin play a Jig - “The Powder Mills” - composed by Martin Power, honouring history dating back to 1794 in his native Cork. They are members of CCÉ, Niall Ó Cathasaigh, Baile ’n Chollaigh, Cork.

645.09 The full selection played by Carraig Mór 15-18 Grúpa Cheoil from CCÉ, Lackagh, Galway, when taking 3rd place at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2022 in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.

645.10 At an informal Session at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2022 in Mullingar, fiddle players Willie and Tom Holmes from Rathcabbin, Co. Tipperary, play a selection of Polkas.

645.11 In 15-18 Duets Competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2022, Muireann Ní Mhaoildeirg and Sadhbh Nic Artáin from CCÉ, Seán Treacy, Dublin, play a Reel - “The Caher Rua”.

645.12 Taking 3rd place in Senior Trios Competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2022, Ellen, Maeve and David Scott, CCÉ, Camross, Co. Laois, play a Reel - “The Red Bee” (J. Liddy).

645.13 Freeja Nolan, taking 3rd place in 15-18 Fiddle competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2022, plays a Hornpipe - “The Marathon”. Freeja is from CCÉ, Irish Minstrels, Scotland, UK.

645.14 Taking 3rd place in Senior Fiddle Competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2022 in Mullingar, Jason McGuinness from CCÉ, Tireragh, Sligo, plays a Reel - “Jackson’s Reel” - popularised many years ago by fellow Sligo fiddler the great Michael Coleman.

645.15 Kathryn, Marianna and Séamus Tiernan from CCÉ, Scoil Acla, Mayo, play the Jig - “Strike the Gay Harp” - in Senior Trios Competition at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2022 in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.
