Recorded in Cavan on 8th December 2003, Darren Moloney plays three reels on banjo: “The Broken Pledge”, “The Whistler of Rosslea” (by Ed Reavy) and “The Piper’s Despair”. He is joined by John McCartan from Newtowngore, Co. Leitrim on guitar and Danny Mc Govern from Rostrevor, Co. Down on bodhrán.

The music was recorded at the Ulster Fleadh at Warrenpoint, Co. Down in July 2004.
