Two former All-Ireland U-12 Fiddle Champions from Nenagh Ormond CCÉ, Mairéad O’ Brien (2018) and Laoise Kennedy (2019) play 3 Jigs - “The Traditional”, “Paddy Fahy’s” and “Páidín Ó Rafferty”. Recorded at a seasion in The Half-Door, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary in April 2022. Their Tutor is well-known local Fiddle player Liz Gaughan Quinn who, with her husband Brendan and colleagues, does so much to promote the music in the Nenagh area. Laoise recently won the “Up and coming Fiddler of London “ competition 2022.
