Cork (left to right): Gearóid (banjo) and Darragh Curtin (fiddle), Brian O’Leary (accordion) and Suzanne Curtin (concert flute). The Curtin family are from Templeglantine CCÉ, Limerick and Brian O’Leary is from Gneevenaguilla, Co. Kerry. Incidentally, Brian is grandson of the legendary accordion player the late Johnny O’Leary. They play a selection of reels: “The Honeymoon Reel” and “O’Dwyer’s Reel”.

Master of the banjo, Gerry O’Connor, recorded at Comhaltas headquarters in Dublin on the 5th of February, 2003, plays two reels - “The Hare’s Paw” and “The Cukoo’s”. The second tune was composed by renowned fiddle player/composer Seán Ryan, who, like Gerry, hailed from Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.
