Open House Concert-8.00 pm The local traditional music community, gather to pay tribute to Caoimhín, with contributions from his many friends and music collaborators, in music song and dance.

MUSIC WORKSHOPS- 11am-4pm
-Fiddle -Flute/Tinwhistle -Button Accordian
• Masterclasses to develop technique, repertoire and explore styles.
• Meet the musicians workshops giving an opportunity to meet and learn from the masters of the tradition with Kevin Burke at 2pm.
• There will be opportunities to win awards and bursaries to help finance a trip to Scoil Éigse!
• All workshops are £10 each. Festival ticket (concert& one workshop) available for £20.
INTENSIVE IRISH LANGUAGE COURSES-11am-4pm
Beidh Féile Chaoimhín Uí Dhochartaigh ar siúl idir 9ú agus 12ú Feabhra 2012. Beidh dianchúrsaí Gaeilge d’fhoghlaimeoirí ann mar chuid den fhéile, ar An Satharn 11ú & An Domhnach 12ú Feabhra.
Beidh ranganna ar siúl ó 11:00 - 13:00 (le sos 15 bom), agus ó 14:30 - 16:30 (le sos 15 bom) ar an Satharn agus ar an Domhnach.
Leibhéil na Ranganna: Leibhéal 1: Bunrang - d’fhoghlaimeoirí atá ar an bhunleibhéal le foghlaim na Gaeilge. Leibhéal 2: Fáinne Airgid - do dhaoine a bheas ag tabhairt faoin scrúdú seo. Leibhéal 3: Fáinne Óir - do dhaoine a bheas ag tabhairt faoin scrúdú seo.
Praghas an Chúrsa: £25
N.B. Beidh scéim na bhFáinní ar siúl i rith Sheachtain na Gaeilge 2012, ach ní chaithfidh foghlaimeoirí na gcúrsaí seo tabhairt faoi Scéim na bhFáinní.
As part of the festival there will be Intensive Irish language courses for learners on Saturday 11th & Sunday 12 February.
Classes will be held from 11:00 to 13:00 (with 15 min break), and from 14:30 to 16:30 (with 15 min break) on Saturday and Sunday.
Level of Classes: Level 1: Bunrang - For learners at the basic level with learning Irish. Level 2: Fáinne Airgid - For learners wishing to prepare for this oral examination. Level 3: Fáinne Airgid - For learners wishing to prepare for this oral examination.
Course Fee: £25
N.B. The Fáinne Examination Scheme will take place during Seachtain na Gaeilge in Cultúrlann Uí Chanáin. STUDENTS ATTENDING THESE COURSES DO NOT HAVE TO DO THE FÁINNE EXAMINATION.

The line up of guests in this musical extravaganza is so great that who is head-lining is debatable. It’s more a spontaneous collaboration between the musicians on stage - wan great big session!

Finale Concert-8.00 pm The week-end concludes with a concert where both tutors and students perform and showcase the best of what went on over the weekend. This will be coupled with the presentation of awards and bursaries.
