The reels are “Shaskeen”, “The plough and the stars” and ‘The coalminer”.

The Ó Raghallaigh family - Micheál on concertina and Áine, Nora and Mac Dara on fiddles, play a selection of jigs at the Cairde Charna unique feast of traditional music, song and dance at Cultúrlann na hÉireann, Dublin on 10th October 2015 to support and promote the very exciting Carna Project in Connemara, Co. Galway. The jigs are “Darby the driver”, “The pipe on the hob” and “The maid on the green”. The Carna project involves the building of a Commemorative Centre in recognition of the many who had to leave the area in times past, as part of the Irish Diaspora and will link the Carna community with their descendants throughout the world.
