ComhaltasLive #210 - 6: Tim Dowd

A slow air played on Uilleann Pipes by Tim Dowd at the West London Comhaltas 50th Anniversary Concert in Hammersmith. Tim’s pipes were made by Dave Williams from Grimsby who died in 2004, and the chanter was made last year by Marcus Coulter. Tim is also a very competent payer on concert flute.

Just thought it would be important to mention, that although my pipes are by Dave Williams, the chanter is a new one by Marcus Coulter. Better in the upper octave than my Williams… Contact me for details!
