ComhaltasLive #563_12:Micheál Ó hAlmhain and Eimear Coughlan
An unusual type of tune known as a ‘linear tune’ ( where the melody develops throughout the whole tune without repetition ) called ‘’Pléaracha na Ruarcach’’ composed by Turlough O’ Carolan (1670/1738) and played on flute by Micheál Ó hAlmhain and Eimear Coughlan on harp at Scoil Éigse Tutors’ Concert at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2018.
