All-Ireland U-12 Fiddle Champion 2019 Laoise Kennedy from Nenagh, Co. Tipperary and her sister Clodagh on Concertina play 2 Reels - “The maids of Feakle” and “Morning thrush” at a recording in The Half-Door in Nenagh on 19th April 2022. Laoise also won the recent competition “Up and Coming Fiddler of London”, and herself and Clodagh were All-Ireland Ceol an Gheimhridh Duet champions 2019. Her teacher in Nenagh is the well-known fiddle player Liz Gaughan Quinn.
